Expect a call from one of our team members within 1 business day.
During this call, we will provide you with an estimated slaughter date for your animal. If you are placing an order for a future delivery/pick-up date, your date of slaughter will be scheduled as close as possible to the desired delivery/pick-up date.

This reserves your cow share. Shares are currently available for immediate pick-up/delivery (3 weeks lead time), or for future pick-up/delivery. We encourage placing your deposit early, even if you won't be ready to receive your cow until months later, to ensure availability at the time of your choice.
